Our Approach
Built a lite D2C funnel with COD-friendly checkout, Hindi/Punjabi microcopy, and WhatsApp flows for catalogue, order status, and support. Added geo‑smart banners and seasonality bundles.


The Impact
Smoother orders and fewer drop‑offs on low‑end Android devices. WhatsApp reduced support load and improved repeat purchases.
